Holiday Inn Express Chelmsford

I rented a room for holiday inn Chelmsford through booking, and when I got to the hotel the girl at the front desk needed to swipe my card for incidentals. Let's just say there was a little mishap with my card. I called the hotel when I realized the mistake on my card the next day, and the manager Katie at this hotel was extremely courteous, and kind. She took care of the mistake very promptly, and apologized for my troubles. Overall the room was clean, and the hotel serves breakfast. The rooms are a little pricey here but if you use the breakfast in the morning, it definitely works out in your benefit. Big thank you to the management of this hotel for everything!

Check-in mudah dan cepat. Ruangan itu sangat bersih dan tempat tidur nyaman. Itu terletak di area aneh di hotel Raddison yang ditinggalkan. Sarapannya enak tapi kopi terasa asam. Akan tinggal lagi.

Saya telah tinggal di beberapa hotel kelas atas dan gadis baru Jennifer dibuat untuk mereka. Dia sangat manis dan baik hati dan melampaui tamu. Seseorang akan mencoba mencurinya, dia sangat baik!!

Hotel itu sendiri sangat bagus tetapi manajer Becky berbicara sangat buruk tentang karyawan di depan saya dan keluarga saya. Kami menemukan itu sangat tidak profesional dan kami hampir tidak tinggal di sana tetapi kami melakukannya. Kami mungkin tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi selama dia bekerja di sana

Dodgy location sandwiched between back parking lot and highway with sketchy clientele. Room had a random t-shirt left behind and used soap on sink. Noisy neighbors talking/yelling in hall and hint of cigarette smoke in certain locations. Almost rebooked another hotel but decided to stay. Felt more like a motel. Room itself was decent but I won't stay here again.
