Hotel yang sangat buruk. Pertama datang meminta deposit lebih dari harga kmar. Padahal selama ini ketika menggunakan aplikasi oyo, belum pernah ada deposit. Kemudian menginap 2 hari disini, hanya diberi air minum d hari pertama saja. Hari kedua tidak ada lagi. Air kamar mandi sering mati. Hotel sangat kotor. Pelayanan sangan tidak ramah .
Saya menginap di hotel akasia syariah tgl 4 dan 5 mei 2022 utk 2 kamar.Berikut pengalaman saya menginap selama 2 hari di sana:1. Sewaktu konfirmasi booking kamar kpd resepsionis, dia minta uang deposit 150ribu/kamar. saya keberatan krna rate hotel saja cma 115ribu/kamar. jadi tidak saya berikan.2. Kamar kurang bersih dan air mati pada hari kedua subuh. ga bisa shalat, mandi dan bersih2. waktu saya minta ember utk menampung air ke resepsionis. dia bilang akan antar ke kamar. tp tidak ada diantar.3. Air minum hari kedua tidak diberi. waktu saya minta dia bilang seharusnya ada mba tapi sudah habis. hak pelanggan tidak diberikan.4. resepsionis tidak rapi dan jorok. merokok dan tidur2an di ruang tunggu. bikin pelanggan tidak nyaman.Saya punya pengalaman menginap menggunakan app r*doorz dan a*ry. Dua2nya memuaskan. tapi tidak dg hotel yg ini.Sekian, terimakasih.
Kamarnya lumayan tapi untuk kebersihannya harus lebih ditingkatkan kembali, soalnya spreinya apek. Para staff nya baikbaik, lokasinya juga sangat strategis
