Tidak ada yang bisa dilakukan di hotel kecuali tidur. Tidak ada kabel, tidak ada fasilitas. Area shower terlalu kecil dan pemanas shower tidak panas terlalu lama

Lokasi ok dekat fastfood & supermarket tapi kebersihannya kurang terawat banyak debu disana sini. Ini adalah hotel tua tapi itu bukan alasan karena kami juga menginap di hotel yang sudah tua tapi sangat bersih.

Mereka mendapat diskon jika Anda check-in pada 12 menit. Kamarnya bersih, AC dingin dan dekat dengan McDonald's, Jollibee dan 7/11. Area tenang di malam hari, bagus untuk istirahat.

Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan. Tidak ada keluhan apa pun. Saya memesan secara online. Check-in dan check-out cepat dan mudah.

Add, reply to their comment: Please dont make Covid as an excuse for you to do a terrible job in managing your hotel. Other hotels were fine if not good yes even during Covid. And no, I didnt witness any of the aggressive sanitation and cleaning that youre talking aboutnothing compared to other 3-stars weve stayed at. Why do you still keep mentioning Odette when it happened in Dec 2021, while our stay was Aug/Sept 2022? Cant make your services better after 8months?Very old hotel. Room floor seems they have been mopped thoroughly for YEARSreally STICKY and gross to step on and they dont provide room slippers. I wouldnt call this place a 3-star hotel. And they dont refill their sanitizing containerstheyre always empty. Wifi not working. Sink slow drainage, NO HAIRDRYER. Shower either too hold or too cold. Really old dirty looking pillowcases even though they are cleaned/washed. 1300+php/night.
