First of all in the name of Oyo Townhouse Jp Residency they are fooling people, the hotel name is actually Good Luck House, all the images shown on app are just a scam. The Lady receptionist is rude and aggressive. Room was messy and dirty. At one time there was no supply of water in washroom at all. They don't even have an inverter. When there was a power cut there was no electricity backup at their end. Overall the experience with this hotel was pathetic. I would recommend the customers to choose another instead of wasting money for this one.

Fasilitas yang sangat buruk dan tv hotel yang tidak bersih juga tidak berfungsi dan ketika Anda menelepon resepsionis, mereka tidak akan menelepon atau hanya mengatakan mengirim seseorang tetapi tidak ada yang akan datang

Staf yang sangat kasar, Hotel tidak higienis, Kurangnya fasilitas dasar, orang laki-laki di resepsi mengambil telepon saya dari tangan saya untuk melihat tanda terima dan dia menilai kami tinggal sendiri, jangan tertipu oleh nama townhouse, properti sangat murah untuk townhouse.

Oyo silakan periksa hotel sebelum memberikan waralaba karena mereka bukan hotel kelas seperti nama Oyo jadi saya sangat kecewa ketika saya melihat hotel ini dan saya tidak menginap karena terlihat seperti hotel yang sangat murah. terima kasih
