Saya suka tinggal di sini itu satu-satunya tempat yang saya akan tinggal. Staf sangat baik dan akan selalu membantu sebisa mungkin. Dan Anda tidak bisa mengalahkan tempat tidur di tempat ini yang sangat nyaman. Aku tinggal di beberapa hotel di mana tempat tidur yang benar-benar mengerikan tempat tidur ini sangat bagus dan sangat nyaman dan ada banyak bantal juga. Jika Anda ingin hotel yang bagus dengan tempat tidur yang nyaman, tempat ini berada di area yang bagus, jadi tetaplah di sini.
Suami bepergian untuk bisnis minggu ini. Check-in berjalan lancar dan kemudian Dia mematikan lampu untuk tidur..2 kecoak merangkak di atasnya. Dia mampu membunuh satu dan membawanya ke meja depan..Dia diberitahu bahwa mereka bisa mengganti kamarnya dan meng-upgrade ke suite. Uh menurutmu itu hanya di satu ruangan itu??? Tidak, terima kasih..menjijikkan!!!! Anda benar-benar mendapatkan apa yang Anda bayar..Dia pergi dan membayar Embassy Suites dari kantongnya sendiri pada tengah malam. Cara yang bagus untuk menghabiskan malam yang santai :/
When i checked into the hotel they charged me an extra $50 that is refundable in case of damages to the room. I got to my room, I noticed a large crack in the sink. Like a large anvil and dropped on it. Went and told the front desk. He was unhelpful and didnt offer to move me into another room. Maintenance guy was there and he said they were aware and would be changing out the sink. Never happened during my 3 night stay. That night when I went to bed, the fitted sheet had a large hole in the middle of the sheet. Went downstairs and talked with the same person from earlier. He states he did not have any sheets he could give me. Told me to come back in the morning. Next morning on my way out, I spoke with a new guy. Explained the situation about the bed sheet and he said he would get it taken care of and asked for my room number. Later that afternoon, I come back to the room and nothing is done. I go back downstairs and talk to the same guy from that morning. He did not have housekeeping replace the sheets. He only thought that I didnt want to be charged for damages to the room. I told him I shouldnt be charged for damages I didnt do but I also did not want to be sleeping on sheets with holes in it. Whoever owns and manages this hotel has hired a moron. If this is the owner then he is a moron. This is a hotel. A place where people pay so they have somewhere nice to sleep while away from their home. They dont want to come to a place where the sheet is torn and the sink has a large crack in it like someone dropped an anvil on it. This room should never have been used as a guest room until it was repaired. Sheets should never have holes in them and the housekeeping person who made the bed should be ashamed to have put something like that on the bed. It shows that they dont care about their guest. I had to get sheets and changed the bedding myself because they didnt do it like they said they would. Hotel is obviously going through some renovation but they need to remove rooms from inventory that are not obviously ready. Breakfast consists on packaged muffins, bulk cereal, yogurt, frozen biscuits and a waffle maker. I hope they get this hotel renovated and educate the staff on how to be more customer focused and helpful. There were two other front desk staff (a Caucasian woman and Black gentleman) who were friendlier and better to work with. Waiting for my $50 refund. They said it would take 7-10 business days.

Sebagian besar sepi meskipun kadang-kadang ada suara seperti retakan besar. ? lantai mengambang? Sarapan sangat biasa. Tidak ada restoran berkualitas di dekatnya.
