If you want your parents to be terrorized, humiliated, and scared to leave their room, this is the place for you. If your parents have any conflict with management, look out.In their brochure,it says they will make special meals for diabetics and those with sensitivity, don't count on it, everyone was served the same slop and were told if they didn't like it, they could get there own.Food was often ordered in as staffing was always an issue. Management blamed residents as to why staff quit.Coming from a health care background, I can honestly say that Management is in no way equipped to be caring for anyone, let alone seniors.
