Bintang lima untuk hotel bintang lima!!Dikelola secara profesional. Properti luar biasa. Staf yang peduli. Beberapa tempat makanan dan minuman berkualitas tinggi. Spa yang bagus. Staf akan melakukan apa pun yang mereka bisa untuk membuat masa menginap Anda tak terlupakan. Pengalaman Ritz Carlton yang sempurna.Lokasi bagus untuk pergi ke luar kota menuju area ski Shymbulak. Juga area yang bagus untuk udara jernih (yang bisa menjadi penting di Almaty). Ada pusat perbelanjaan kelas atas di sebelahnya, dengan lebih banyak restoran.

Untuk pertama kalinya dalam 12 tahun, saya pergi bersama istri saya ke restoran tanpa anak. Saya menginginkan sesuatu yang "mewah" dan karena itu memilih restoran "Tujuh". Jumat malam ternyata tidak terlalu ramai dan karenanya lebih romantis. Musik live sangat mengagumkan, pelayannya sopan dan membantu. Terima kasih khusus kepada koki. Kami memutuskan seperempat sekali untuk berjalan tanpa anak.

Layanan pelanggan yang hebat! Kamar-kamarnya indah tetapi Anda tidak memiliki kendali untuk AC atau panasnya, sepertinya itulah yang terjadi di seluruh negeri. Lokasi tidak bagus, sangat jauh dari pusat kota dan ada banyak lalu lintas sehingga Anda bahkan tidak bisa menyeberang jalan raya.

Tinggal dari 19.08-21.08 di suite eksekutif. Hotel ini tidak baru, menurut pendapat saya perlu memperbarui. TETAPI! Handuk, jubah mandi tidak sobek, tidak ada lecet, tidak ada pecah di kamar, sedikit Tirai di kembung, meskipun, layanan di hotel sangat bagus! Dan makanannya luar biasa! Sangat puas dengan menginap! Saya berharap kemakmuran hotel
