HOTEL ISSE BURA MEINE AAJ TAK KABHI NAHI DEKHA , BED TO LOHE KA HAI SONE WALE KI KAMAR EK DUM SEEDHI HO JATI HAI AUR USKE BAAD ROOM SERVICE AAPKO KHUDH HI KARNI AAP THE PADTI HAI TAAKI AAYEGI AAYEGI FIR B. ..AUR AAGAR AAP NAHANE CHALE GAYE TO TOWEL PE KHOON LAGA MILEGA. HOTEL BAHUT BURA ISLIYE SIRF REVIEW TARA NAHI.

Very poor hotel !!! Please don't ever go to this hotel.Worst service I have ever experienced in my life.First of all they charged us a high price of Rs 2000/- as we needed room in the night around 9 pm.We cross checked with other guests staying who were of very low standard the rates which were around 700 to 800 rupees per night,we felt cheated,but we needed the same because we have a small kid.The person at the reception was very rude and uncultured.The room service guy was drunk.We had the luggage with us so we asked for a person to assist it to the room,they rudely replied that we don't do this.The room is too small and is not as shown in pictures.The bed was too hard and stinking like sweating smell.And the pillows and cushions were too old they were squeezed not fluffy.We asked for room service for food if it was available they said yes but for limited time. They don't have kitchen but have an adjacent restaurant from which they take the food to the guests' rooms in disposables without accompaniments(i.e. salad and chutney).The food too was pathetic and they make fraud bills also in the name of mineral water we order.TV was not working,we asked the guy to change our room but he ignored.All our money got wasted in such a cheap standard hotel. When we got to know about their services it was too late because my husband has already made the payment by that time so we had to stay their only for that night.Worst hotel ever.A girl or woman can't feel safe there as I experienced it too as the staff and the guests both were of cheap mentality.I wish I could use abusive language against them to express my anger but I won't because I am not one of them-Uncivilized and cheap!!!!
